    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.     Returns are only accepted if the item is in the same condition as it was sent out and that there is no signs of damage/wear or use.

    Discounted items are not eligible for return.

    Custom orders are not eligible for return.

    If your return is accepted then you will be sent details of where to send the item back to.

    Cost of return postage it not covered in the return policy and that cost is to be covered by the customer.

    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or custom made items.

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at littlepixelwitch@gmail.com

    • Postage and packaging is FREE on coasters.

    Coasters always ship free. If your order includes other items, shipping charges may apply to those items only

    • Delivery time: approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch.

    • Service: Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class

    • Standard shipping (other items):

    • Delivery time: approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch.

    • Service: Royal Mail 1st/2nd class


    Note: Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, strikes, or peak periods (e.g., holidays). We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

    Order Tracking

    • Some shipping methods include tracking; others (especially low-cost/free options) may not.

    • If tracking is available, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

    Delivery Issues

    Incorrect Address

    • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

    • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

    • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order (even if the original coaster shipping was free).

    Lost or Delayed Parcels

    • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

    • Check the tracking (if available).

    • Contact your local postal carrier.

    • We will assist in investigating with the carrier, but please note that we are bound by the carrier’s policies and investigation periods.

    Damaged Items in Transit

    • If your coasters or other items arrive damaged:

    • Contact us within [e.g., 48–72 hours] of delivery.

    • Provide your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged product.

    • We will offer a suitable solution (replacement, store credit, or refund), in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy below.
