Shipping Costs

Postage and packaging is FREE on coasters.
Coasters always ship free. If your order includes other items, shipping charges may apply to those items only

Delivery time: approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking
Some shipping methods include tracking; others (especially low-cost/free options) may not.
If tracking is available, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order (even if the original coaster shipping was free).
Lost or Delayed Parcels

Damaged Items in Transit
If your coasters or other items arrive damaged:
